8. Force Majeure

If we are forced to cancel an event or conference due to events outside our control (including but not limited to; acts of god, war, terrorism, an outbreak of public health emergency or pandemics, civil unrest etc), we will offer you the chance to EITHER transfer the ticket to next years conference in the same location OR in one of our other international conference locations.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York City and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
