Madison is an investor at NEA focused on data, infrastructure, developer tools, and AI/agents and leads the internal data science team to build multi-agent systems for investment decisions. She has invested in and works with companies including Delphina, World Labs, Ceramic, Metabase, Twelve Labs, Foresight Data, and Weaviate. Prior to investing, Madison led data science & AI at Thrasio, data science at Greycroft, and a data science team at Meta working on AI infrastructure with FAIR. Madison studied engineering at Stanford and grew up in Colorado performing in rodeos.

Diptanu Gon Choudhury is the Founder and CEO of Tensorlake, a serverless compute engine for processing multi-modal unstructured data for Generative AI Applications. Before Tensorlake, Diptanu founded the container cluster scheduler at Netflix, in 2013, that runs most of Netflix's microservices on AWS, was the creator of the Nomad cluster scheduler at Hashicorp, tech lead of Facebook's Machine Learning platform FBLearner in 2017, tech lead of the real time speech inference engine called Shortwave at Facebook, and published state of art research on multilingual speech models in applied research roles.

Gleb Mezhanskiy is the CEO and co-founder of Datafold, a company revolutionizing data quality and migrations with AI-powered automation. A seasoned data leader, he previously built and scaled data platforms as a founding data engineer and PM at Lyft and Autodesk. Passionate about making data engineering more efficient, Gleb specializes in data quality, observability, and automation. Through Datafold, he’s helping teams streamline migrations and ensure data integrity at scale.
