Caitlin has spent her career as a software engineer building data analytics tools, first at Palantir and then later at startups including Remix and Hex. As CTO her focus has expanded from purely technology to include growing and developing diverse and inclusive engineering teams.

George Fraser is the CEO and co-founder of Fivetran. George founded the company with COO Taylor Brown in 2012 after completing the prestigious Y-Combinator accelerator program. Since then he has built Fivetran, a fully managed automated data integration provider, from an idea to a rapidly growing global business valued at $5.6 billion, supported by a global team of 1000+ employees.

Leah Weiss has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Leah is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Preql, a company they founded in 2022. Prior to this, she was a Co-Founder and Executive Board Member at Data Culture, starting in 2020. At WeWork, she held multiple roles including Director of Data Products, Manager of Data Products, Business Intelligence Manager, Lead Digital Analyst, and New Member Development Manager, from 2013 to 2020.

In 2013, Leah worked as a Product Manager at artnod. She started her career in 2011 as a Literary Assistant at Lukeman Literary Management, Ltd.
