Raffi Krikorian is the Chief Technology Officer of the Democratic National Committee, where he is focusing on building foundational technology at the DNC, empowering the technology ecosystem around the Democrats, and equipping candidates up and down the ballot. Raffi has extensive technology and management experience—he has built teams of hundreds of engineers globally, and has managed technology platforms that have touched hundreds of millions of people. At Twitter, Raffi served as the VP of Engineering. In this role, he was in charge of Twitter’s platform, and made Twitter reliable and available to the entire world. Prior to joining the DNC, Raffi served as the overall Director of Uber’s Advanced Technology Center where he led the team that built and launched the first-ever self-driving fleet of cars into the world.
