CL Kao is the CEO and founder of Recce, bringing CI/CD and change validations to data-centric systems. Prior to Recce, he developed GPU-cluster management tools that empowered the world’s largest semiconductor manufacturer to efficiently run their data science and AI workloads. Earlier in his career, he created a precursor to Git, aiding companies like Apple in managing large-scale codebases. He also co-founded g0v (gov-zero), a civic tech community dedicated to tackling social and democratic challenges through open data and open source collaboration.
