Chenggang leads engineering for RunLLM, an AI Support Engineer for advanced technical support. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science at UC Berkeley, where his doctoral research on scalable cloud infrastructure earned the 2022 SIGMOD Jim Gray Doctoral Dissertation Award. Prior to Berkeley, he received his B.S. in Computer Science with honors from Brown University.
