Avi Press is the founder and CEO of Scarf, where he promotes open source sustainability through responsible usage analytics practices. A UC Berkeley graduate, he's become a leading voice in making open source analytics more mainstream and data-driven. Prior to founding Scarf in 2019, he worked as a software engineer at companies like Pandora and Backbone. Avi is also a board member of the Haskell Foundation, and a host on the Hacking Open Source Business Podcast.
