ABOUT THE TALK

At Wootric, we collect and analyze hundreds of thousands of survey feedbacks on weekly basis for hundreds of our customers. This processing is both quantitative and qualitative. While quantitative is just number crunching, it's qualitative analysis that gives the most insights. We have started leveraging NLP and machine learning to turn these feedbacks into actionable insights. We will talk about our ML journey which consists of how we use simple algorithms like bag of words to state of the art LSTM and its variations.
